Sempervivum Hybridum - they need to be grown in full sun with slight water to fully exhibit the different colours.
- Their flowers are typically pink or red white or pale-yellow
- They should be planted in a shallow gritty, welldrained soil.
- They are notably tolerant of diseases.
Traditional uses: Most Sempervivums are quite frost resistant and very easy to grow outside in rock gardens, planters, tubs and troughs. they are the perfect plants of roof-gardens due to their nature. As they are undemanding but varied they are popular also in cemetery-gardening.
